We love 2007 New Scotland Road, but in order to understand the many reasons why, you’ll need to know a bit about the man that built it. My husband grew up on a dairy farm and immigrated to New York 25 years ago. He learned to pour concrete and started his own construction business building residential foundations. Our home was designed to persuade loved ones near and far to come, relax, and enjoy time spent together.
When you’re married to the best concrete man in the Capital District, you’re partial to the fabulous walk-out basement leading to the in-ground salt water pool. The basement is comfortable with the freestanding TuliKivi soapstone fireplace and beautiful views.Year- round we would use the basement as the premier party venue for our family and friends.
There are so many obvious amenities: the privacy, the energy efficiency with newer building technology and solar panels, and the award winning school district. But my favorite aspect of the home is the feeling of safety, security, and comfort that envelopes me as I watch the spring storms move over the escarpment. 2007 New Scotland Road has been a rock solid sanctuary for the people we love. We hope you’ll carry on the same feelings as you make this your own home.
